CA or CPA preferred. If not a CA or CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CA or CPA license upon hire· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience required; with at least 1 year of related experience as a Manager· Advanced knowledge of all aspects of accounting including, but not limited to, full scope general ledger accounting, processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and employee benefits, and preparation and review of financial statements, monthly close process, supporting schedules and other such schedules·Capabilities reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial documents with an ability to respond to common inquiries from clients· Strong people and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities·Strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards, with experience with QuickBooks Online, Intacct, NetSuite and other cloud accounting tools preferred.
