Job summary

Scale Computing is seeking a Training Specialist to join our partner enablement team. You will produce polished learning experiences in Articulate Rise 360, publish to Docebo LMS, and manage the production pipeline in Monday.com. You’ll triage partner LMS support cases and new training requests.

You will collaborate with SMEs and use Claude AI to research content, translate ideas into structured outlines, and ensure consistent learner experiences across publications.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English is crucial.
Working hours align with Scale Computing teams (ET/MT/PT).
Ticketing or case queue experience (Salesforce or similar).
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Working knowledge of Canva or other basic graphic asset creation.
Comfort with basic video editing (iMovie or equivalent).
Attention to detail; strong follow-through on triage and revision cycles.
Clear written communication for async partner-facing and internal comms.
Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for research and content production.

Responsibilities

Case triage and intake for training requests and LMS issues.
Publish and maintain courses in Articulate Rise 360 and Docebo; manage versioning and metadata.
Collaborate with SMEs and Sr. Manager to produce structured outlines and learning frameworks.
Build and publish courses in the LMS and ensure SCORM/xAPI packaging.
Maintain Monday.com production board and track deadlines.
Create supporting visuals with Canva and edit video content with iMovie or similar.
Produce training reports using Claude Script and export LMS data.

About The Role

Scale Computing is looking for a Training Specialist to join our partner enablement team. This role sits at the center of two critical functions: building and publishing partner-facing e-learning courses, and triaging inbound partner learning support cases. You will take course designs, scripts, and content frameworks provided by the Sr. Manager and SMEs and produce polished learning experiences in Articulate Rise 360, publish them to our Docebo LMS, and keep the production pipeline organized in Monday.com. You will also serve as the first point of contact for partner LMS support issues and new training requests. You wont own training strategy, high-level curriculum design, or content decisions, as those will begin with the Sr. Manager and will be a collaborative endeavor as we move from planning to production. What you own is execution quality, research and cross-functional collaboration, production speed, triage responsiveness, and the consistency of the learner experience across everything we publish.

What Youll Do

Case Triage & Request Intake

Inbound Work Arrives Through Two Automated Salesforce Case Types

Training Request cases are submitted when a stakeholder or partner needs new training content. Upon receipt, review the request, log it on the Monday.com production board, and keep the requestor informed as it moves through prioritization and production.
LMS Support Request cases are submitted when a partner is experiencing an issue—course access, enrollment errors, completion tracking problems, or login issues. Serve as the first responder: diagnose, resolve when possible, and elevate to the Sr. Manager with full context when the issue requires deeper intervention.
Maintain accurate case records, status updates, and resolution notes in Salesforce throughout the lifecycle of each case

Course Production

(Sr. Manager and Leadership have determined training(s) need to be created or updated…)

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical content, training materials, and reference documentation needed to teach the core learning outcome for each course; organize and maintain that material in Google Drive as a structured source library for production
Partner with the Sr. Manager using Claude (AI) to conduct course research, compile and synthesize source content, and produce initial course design drafts, translating raw inputs into structured outlines and learning frameworks ready for authoring. (Leverage the Training Creation Claude Skill)
Build and update courses in Articulate Rise 360 from design documents, scripts, storyboards, and source materials provided by the SMEs or Sr. Manager.
Submit draft courses to Articulate Review 360 for Sr. Manager/SME review; incorporate feedback and manage version tracking through the approval process.
Build Courses in the LMS to house the Rise 360 authored SCORM files
Export approved courses from Rise 360 as SCORM 1.2 or xAPI packages for LMS upload.
Maintain consistent formatting, brand standards, and style guidelines across all courses
Create and edit supporting visual assets using Canva (graphics, illustrations, icons)
Edit, shorten, splice, pull out, and integrate video content using iMovie or equivalent tools

LMS & Publishing

Draft LMS courses in Docebo, upload SCORM/xAPI packages, configure metadata, catalog placement, and enrollment settings using the approved template and current branding guidelines for fonts, headers, thumbnails, certifications, and badges.
Test course functionality end-to-end in the LMS before go-live; validate and correct issues
Maintain course organization, versioning, and landing pages in Docebo
Support course marketing to the partner user group at go-live as directed

Production Management

Own the Monday.com production board as the source of truth for all active and pending course work
Keep project cards current with accurate stage, owner, and deadline information
Flag blockers or timeline risks to the Training Specialist proactively

Ongoing Maintenance and Reporting

Apply content updates and refreshes to existing courses as directed
Audit published courses periodically for broken links, outdated assets, or formatting inconsistencies
Draft and release change documentation when published courses are updated
Leverage the LMS data export reporting function and upload to Claude to generate training reports leveraging the Training Report Claude Script.
