Job summary

Cloudthat Technologies is seeking a Training Operations Trainer Acquisition - Specialist to identify, onboard, and manage freelance trainers for delivery across cloud and technology programs.

You will build a robust trainer database, screen for technical expertise, and manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, or training operations.
• Experience sourcing freelance trainers or consultants.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience managing freelance vendors or trainers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source freelance trainers through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals.
• Build and maintain trainer database with certifications, skills, and availability.
• Screen trainers based on technical expertise and delivery experience.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

• Maintain trainer availability and utilization trackers.
• Build long-term relationships with freelance trainers.
