Role Description

The Technical Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for corporate employees and fresh graduates, ensuring content is aligned with current industry standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab sessions, preparing training materials and assessments, monitoring participant progress, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves collaborating with training coordinators and client stakeholders to customize training modules, maintain training schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement of curricula and delivery methods. The Technical Trainer is expected to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to keep training content up to date and engaging.

Qualifications

• Background in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer, with proven ability to teach technical concepts clearly and effectively.


• Skills in Training & Development and Training design, including creating structured curricula, lesson plans, and practical exercises.


• Strong Communication skills and facilitation abilities to manage classroom sessions, explain complex topics, and engage diverse learner groups.


• Experience delivering corporate Technical Training programs, preferably for IT companies or technology-focused organizations.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or specific technologies are a plus.


• Ability to use modern training tools, learning management systems, and presentation software to enhance learner experience.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches and adapt to dynamic training requirements.


• Experience in CRT/FDP or campus training, and familiarity with Source-Train-Deploy models, will be considered an advantage.
