The role focuses on building a strong trainer network, vetting expertise, handling onboarding and compliance, and coordinating with Sales, Training, and Operations to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of trainer sourcing, recruitment, or training operations.
• Experience sourcing freelance trainers or consultants.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience managing freelance vendors or trainers.
• MBA/PGDM (HR/Operations) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source freelance trainers through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals.
• Build and maintain trainer database with certifications, skills, and availability.
• Screen trainers based on technical expertise and delivery experience.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Deploy trainers for scheduled training programs.
• Track trainer performance and learner feedback.
• Maintain trainer availability and utilization trackers.
• Build long-term relationships with freelance trainers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Training, and Operations teams.
• Generate reports on trainer deployment, utilization, and performance.

About the Role:

To identify, onboard, and manage freelance trainers to support training delivery across cloud and technology programs, ensuring availability of high-quality trainers aligned with business demand and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source freelance trainers through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals
• Build and maintain trainer database with certifications, skills, and availability

Requirements-(Must Have):

• 2–6 years’ experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, or training operations
• Experience sourcing freelance trainers or consultants
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills
• Experience managing freelance vendors or trainers
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, Preferred: MBA / PGDM-(HR / Operations)

Good to Have:

• Experience in IT or Cloud training companies
• Understanding of Microsoft, AWS, or Google training ecosystem
• Experience with LMS platformsCertified in Talent Acquisition Certification, Vendor Management Certification, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), ITIL Foundation
