Job summary

Olead Electronics is seeking a Training Lead in Lucknow to oversee product training for OPPO devices and rival brands. You will guide promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and daily briefings to improve conversions.

The role requires 5–10 years in Training within mobile handsets, and experience managing a team of 15–20. You'll develop training content, assessments, and coordinate with channel partners to boost regional performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Training / Product Training / Retail Training.
• Preferably from the Mobile Handset / Smartphone industry.
• Experience leading a team of 15–20 trainers/promoters.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth knowledge of OPPO models vs competitors on the shop floor.
• Train on USPs, camera, processor, battery, pricing, and daily briefs for promoters.
• Train promoters to convert walk-ins to buyers; conduct 5-step selling and objection handling.
• Monitor grooming, uniform, attendance, and sales pitch; track promoter performance daily.
• Create training content: PPTs, demos, comparisons; develop modules, videos, quizzes.
• Conduct product, sales, and soft-skill training for promoters, sales teams and channel partners.
• Measure area NPS score and manage a 15–20 member training team.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Give full knowledge of OPPO's new models vs. other competitor brands.
• Train on USPs, Camera, Processor, Battery, price, and daily morning briefing for promoters on the shop floor.
• Train promoters on how to convert walk-in customers to buyers.
• 5-Step Selling Process, Objection Handling, Closing.
• Check grooming, uniform, attendance, and sales pitch.
• Daily sales tracking of promoters you trained.
• Whenever new OPPO phones launch, you have to train the team and give knowledge to the junior teammates.
• Make PPT, Demo, Comparison Sheet/ Make training modules, videos, quiz/ Take weekly tests of promoters via OPPO app / LMS.
• Conduct Product training, Sales & Soft Skill training for Promoters, Sales Team & Channel Partners (GT & LFR)
• NPS Score of your area/region.
• Must have experience in Team Handling - managing team of Product Trainers / Retail Trainers / Promoters (Team size 15-20)

Preferred candidate profile:

5 to 10 years of experience in Training / Product Training / Retail Training, preferably from the Mobile Handset / Smartphone industry (OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, Apple, Motorola, Tecno & Lava)
