Job summary

Vsmart World Communication in Bengaluru seeks a dynamic Retail Trainer with 1–5 years in smartphone retail to train promoters and sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

You will conduct product training, support launches, monitor performance, travel across Karnataka, and help improve retail execution and product visibility. Excellent communication and coaching skills, Kannada and English preferred; MS Excel and PowerPoint skills desired.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mobile phones and retail sales operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training on smartphones, features, specifications, and USPs.
• Train retail promoters and sales executives on sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling.
• Conduct regular market visits and on-the-job training at retail outlets.
• Support new product launches and ensure timely product knowledge dissemination.
• Improve premium smartphone sales, upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion.
• Monitor promoter performance and identify training requirements.
• Track competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve retail execution and product visibility.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training and market visit reports.
• Monitor LMS and improvements.
