Job summary

Ethnus seeks a Training Excellence Lead– Data, AI & Emerging Technologies to orchestrate training delivery across Data Science, ML, AI, GenAI, AI Agent Development, Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, and Power BI. You will schedule trainers, ensure quality, and coordinate with colleges to enable high-impact learning outcomes.

The role requires 5–8+ years of hands-on experience and strong ability to design labs and assessments, with travel for college visits.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience across Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with working exposure to Generative AI and AI Agent development.
• Practical experience in Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, and/or Power BI.
• Ability to stay current with fast-changing AI/ML tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or reviewing technical trainers is strongly preferred.
• Ability to design and evaluate labs, assignments, and project-based assessments.
• Willingness to travel for college visits and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trainer schedules and manage deployment across locations for Data, AI & Emerging Technologies tracks.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for trainers across Data Science/ML, AI & GenAI, AI Agent Development, Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, and Power BI.
• Guide and review content, labs, assignments, and projects across these tracks, keeping pace with fast-evolving AI tools and frameworks.
• Track syllabus completion, assessments, feedback, and student performance for assigned tracks.
• Manage routine communication with colleges and internal teams on delivery status.
• Conduct operational college visits and follow up on action items.
• Review training performance and college satisfaction.
• Participate in major college visits and stakeholder meetings as required.
• Support planning of trainer capacity and upcoming training requirements.
• Contribute to monthly reports and improvement plans.

We are seeking a Training Excellence Lead– Data, AI & Emerging Technologies to manage training deployment and delivery execution across Data Science & Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI, AI Agent Development, Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, and Power BI. This role reports to the Lead – Technical Training Department and is responsible for scheduling, trainer deployment, quality tracking, and college coordination within this skill area.

Training Delivery & Deployment

Prepare trainer schedules and manage deployment across locations for Data, AI & Emerging Technologies tracks.
