Job summary

Amgen in India is seeking a Training & Development Manager (Learning Content Manager) to design and deliver learning materials that align with business goals. You will act as SME on learning content options and collaborate with technical experts to create engaging training experiences.

The role requires strong instructional design knowledge, project management, and proficiency with e-learning tools like Articulate and Captivate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing training material.
• Knowledge of e-learning tools and platforms such as Articulate, Captivate, and equivalent tools.
• Proven track record of managing learning material projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with instructional design principles and technologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Develop and implement an appropriate template for the different learning methodologies to ensure consistency and ease of use for end users.

• Partner with technical subject matter experts and other key customers to create high-quality learning experiences, ensuring appropriate learning
  objectives and effectiveness.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 8 to 10years of relevant experience OR

• Bachelors in education, science, or related subject area, or its equivalent
  is highly desired.
