The role supports the development of technical expertise in solar technologies, ensuring workforce readiness for emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC, and contributes to the achievement of Adani Solar’s ambitious capacity expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on solar PV manufacturing processes, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs aligned with the adoption of emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC.
• Create customized training modules for workforce development in advanced solar technologies, ensuring alignment with Adani Solar’s operational benchmarks.
