Job summary

Essential : Graduate (any discipline) Excellent Communication Skills,networking,and organizational skills,Industry connected relations.1 - 3 years experience in Training and Placement role.Campus Placement coordination in Educational Institutes. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, data management, and report preparation.Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes, apprenticeship schemes, and government skill development initiatives.Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.

Desirable : Master's Degree (MBA/M.A/M.Com) Post Graduate Diploma in Management.Experience in higher educational institutes.Established Industry contacts and recruiter network.

Experience in a technical training institute, educational institution, MSME, or government organisation will be preferred.
