Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent hands-on VDC/industry experience.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or senior technical role within VDC or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of VDC tools, workflows, and quality standards.
• Experience creating SOPs, training curricula, or instructional materials.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with patience for varied learning styles.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and live-project support requests simultaneously.
