This role provides the planning discipline and reporting rigor that keeps VDC activities aligned with engineering, fabrication, construction, and customer timelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-• Create and maintain integrated project schedules covering design, coordination, reviews, approvals, anddeliverables.• Coordinate resource loading with project priorities, available capacity, and required skill sets.• Identify dependencies, constraints, and critical activities before they affect project milestones.• Align VDC activities with engineering, fabrication, construction, and customer timelines.• Standardize scheduling methods, milestone definitions, and progress measurements across projects.• Improve work allocation by providing clear short-term and long-term priorities to the team.
