Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a dedicated VDC Trainer to accelerate onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing guidance on live projects.

You will build and maintain a structured VDC training program, create SOPs, video tutorials, and knowledge repositories; cross-train staff; set quality standards; and track competency growth through KPIs to ensure high-quality work from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent hands-on VDC experience.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or senior technical role within VDC or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of VDC tools, workflows, and quality standards.
• Experience creating SOPs, training curricula, or instructional materials.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with patience for varied learning styles.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and live-project support requests simultaneously

Position Summary:-

The Dedicated Trainer is responsible for accelerating the onboarding of new team members and providing ongoing guidance to staff working on live projects. This role builds and maintains a structured, consistent training program across all VDC functions, ensuring every team member is equipped with the skills, processes, and confidence needed to deliver high-quality work from day one.
