Job summary

Guidehouse India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Medical Coding Training professional in Hyderabad to educate new coders and provide ongoing training for coders in PIP. The role emphasizes feedback, education across the team, and maintaining high accuracy and productivity aligned with client contracts.

You will audit coders, stay updated with industry changes, and create training documents reflecting major error trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 3-5-year coding experience.
• Should be AHIMA/ AAPC Certified.
• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties.
• Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend.
