Job summary

Indovance Inc. is seeking a Trainer for Structural Engineering in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves developing and delivering training modules on structural engineering fundamentals, load calculations, and design methodologies.

You will mentor junior engineers, assess learning progress, and keep training materials updated with current codes and industry practices. Collaboration with senior teams is essential for addressing skill gaps and improving competencies.

Qualifications

• Education – BE (Civil) with 3-4 years of structural engineering experience including teaching or mentoring.
• Technical Skills: Expert in RCC and Structural Steel Drawings, Wood design, Residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of Multifamily Framing, Load calculations, Finalize frame sizes, Beam load calculations, Shear wall design, Foundations, laterals.

Responsibilities

• Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training modules covering structural engineering fundamentals, load calculations, and design methodologies.
• Mentorship & Evaluation: Mentor junior engineers, review their work, and conduct regular assessments to track their learning progress.
• Curriculum Updates: Keep training materials aligned with current industry practices, environmental regulations, and local/international building codes.
