Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a Structure Engineer for industrial projects in Pune/Bangalore. The role focuses on RCC and steel structure design, pipe racks, platforms, foundations, and associated analytical tasks.

The candidate should command hands-on use of STAAD Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, and Autodesk Robot, with strong client coordination and a track record of delivering complex facilities on time.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in structural design of industrial projects.
• 1-10 years of experience in structural design of industrial projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
• Experience in RCC and Steel Structure Design.
• Knowledge of industrial structures including pipe racks, process platforms, equipment foundations, and machine foundations.
• Experience with isolated, raft, and pile foundation design.
• Ability to model, analyze, design, and detail structures independently.
• Experience in reviewing fabrication and vendor drawings.
• Strong client coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of international design codes: ASCE, ACI, IBC, AISC, Eurocode (EN)

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
• Design industrial structures such as pipe racks, process platforms, technological structures, equipment pedestals, machine foundations, and various foundations.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and design basis documents.
• Review fabrication drawings, rebar detailing drawings, vendor drawings, and design reports.
• Participate in Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Review structural designs at various project stages.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Lead and manage project delivery teams (for senior-level candidates).
