Job summary

CorroHealth in India is seeking an AR caller/Analyst to support US healthcare clients with accounts receivable follow-up and denial management. The position requires 4–6 years of experience and solid EPIC billing knowledge.

You will train teammates, lead retraining sessions, and ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations. Night shifts may be required, and a graduation degree is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required; 4–6 years of AR caller/analyst experience in US healthcare AR follow-up/denials.
• Strong grasp of denials management and A/R fundamentals; knowledge of EPIC Hospital Billing Software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong people skills and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train and observe trainees against training objectives; identify skill gaps.
• Develop retraining plans with the department training manager.
• Ensure successful implementation of retraining sessions.
• Create training instructions, checklists, and visual aids.
• Develop required training modules for staff.
• Conduct certification trainings for team members.
• Ensure training complies with company and US healthcare regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduation 4 to 6 years of work experience as an AR caller/Analyst in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers. Extensive Knowledge on Denials management, A/R fundamentals and string grasp of EPIC Hospital Billing Software with proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong people skills & Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information. Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

• Training and observation of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as training needed.
• Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with dept. training Manger for retraining sessions.
• Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.
• Assist in developing general training instructions, checklists and visual aids.
• And responsible for creating required training modules.
• Conduct training in certification.
• Perform all training in full compliance with all company and US healthcare regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
