Job summary

CorroHealth in India is looking for an experienced Hospital Billing Edits leader to join our AR team. You will manage day-to-day operations and supervise a large team to ensure accurate and timely medical billing edits for multiple clients.

The role requires 8–10 years of hospital billing edits experience, with at least 4 years in leading a team of 30–55 members and expertise with ePremis. Night shifts are required, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation.
• 8 10 years of overall Hospital Billing Edits experience, out of which a minimum 4 years in team handling of a team size ranging between 30 to 55 team members. ePremis experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership skills & Outstanding organizational skills.
• Hands on Experience in generating reports using MS Office Excel, word and MS power point.
• Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Playing an integral part of AR team and will be responsible for efficient and effective management of day to day operations.
• Overseeing AR activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.
• Be the primary contact for AR questions relating to Client services and operations.
• Reviewing reports to identify specific issues, investigate and correct as per the AR guidelines, and implement solutions.
• Managing multiple tasks and creating solutions from available information.
• Owning challenging people and project assignments independently with ease and delivering fulfilment of work across the company.
• Total ownership and leadership responsibility for team development.
• Continual improvement of process through regular interactions with clients.
• Preparing manuals, training kit and other documentations for the processes
• Preparing the month end reports and invoicing the clients.
• Evaluating the trends and comparison on month end collections for each client.
• Submitting the annual appraisal report by evaluating the team members on KRAs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
