WiselyWise Pte Ltd is seeking Trainers for Mumbai and Singapore to support delivery of courses via the WiseCentral platform. The role requires guiding learners, providing mentoring, and delivering online and in-person sessions.

The ideal candidate has a technicalBachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in Java, Python, ML, and NLP, with excellent communication and willingness to travel 30–50% within India and internationally.

• Support blended learning on WiseCentral platform.

• Deliver courses online and in-person workshops as required.
• Create and manage learner cohort delivery schedules and admin tasks.
• Ensure learners complete assignments and build digital portfolios.
• Assess projects and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
• Maintain attendance, assessment, and completion reports.
• Handle communication and feedback loops with learners.

WiselyWise is looking for Trainers in both Mumbai and Singapore. These faculties need to support delivery of our various courses via our proprietary platform - WiseCentral. Details of the Role is as under:

Trainers

Responsibilities:

• Support the blended learning journey of our learners on our proprietary WiseCentral platform.

• Ensure that our learners get an exceptional learning experience and achieve the required skills outcome.

• Use your Subject matter knowledge and expertise to guide and mentor the learners throughout their learning journey on our platform.

• Course delivery would be in a blended style, in both an online mode via virtual classes and in an in-person class/workshop environment as required

• Responsible for creating and managing the learner cohort delivery schedules, administration, and any other ad hoc requirement as needed.

• Ensure that all learners complete their assignments and projects as per schedule, and complete their digital portfolios

• Assess project assignments and manage the entire assessment process and feedback mechanism to drive improvements in learning outcomes.

• Create and maintain attendance reports, assessment reports, completion reports for the various cohorts.

• Handle all communication, including setting up a closely looped feedback mechanism for every learner, and ensuring the right action is taken as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any technical discipline preferred

• Experience in a similar training role for technical skills like Java, Python, Machine learning, NLP preferred

• Self motivated and determined to help learners achieve their learning with ease

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to travel (30-50%) to different locations within India, as per project needs
