Job summary

Medhavi Skills University is seeking a Trainer to deliver high‑quality classroom and online training programs in alignment with industry requirements. The role involves planning sessions, creating assessments, maintaining records, and coordinating with academic teams and industry partners to ensure rigorous learning outcomes.

The Trainer will also oversee examinations, evaluate assignments, and manage on‑the‑job training activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and academic standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum – BTech Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2 years of teaching experience online/offline.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ready to travel mostly within Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• In-person and online classroom delivery across industry sites in Maharashtra and neighbouring states.
• Develop session plans and LMS content, assessments, and evaluation procedures.
• Coordinate with academic teams and industry partners for learning outcomes.
• Oversee examinations, assignments, and on-the-job learning activities.

The Trainer is responsible for delivering high‑quality classroom and online training programs while ensuring effective learning outcomes and academic compliance. The role involves planning and conducting training sessions, developing learning content and assessments, maintaining student records, coordinating with academic teams and industry partners, and providing continuous learner support. The Trainer also oversees examinations, evaluates assignments and on‑the‑job learning (OJT) activities, and ensures seamless execution of industry‑integrated training programs in line with organizational and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• In‑person training delivery in industry on a daily basis
• Creating session plans in LMS
• Collecting students’ attendance and other evidence, keeping records
• Close coordination with academic team and industry partner for maintaining academic rigor
• Conducting physical training/doubt‑clearing classes
• Responsible for student support and industry liaison
• Creating learning content and assessments
• Co‑ordinating and invigilating examinations (midterm/end‑term)
• Evaluating assignments and on‑the‑job learning reports; conducting OJT skill tests and viva

Qualifications & Skills Required
