Key Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Impact Training: Conduct engaging, hands-on sessions covering Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agentic AI.
• Mentorship & Project Guidance: Mentor learners through real-world projects, practical coding exercises, and capstone assignments.
• Career Readiness & Support: Help students construct job-ready portfolios, refine technical skills, and prepare for successful careers in tech.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Continuously update course content and training materials to align with the latest advancements in AI and Data Science.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with academic and operations teams to monitor learner progress, optimize student experience, and maximize learning outcomes.

Required Expertise & Qualifications

• Core Programming & Databases: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) and SQL.
• Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Core Data Science: Solid foundation in Statistics, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Model Evaluation techniques.
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Modern & Agentic AI: Experience or familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and AI-powered workflows.
• Instructional Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical training in a professional or academic setting.
