Job summary

Edubridge Learning seeks an experienced Part-Time BFSI Trainer to deliver end-to-end training in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The trainer will deliver in-person sessions with travel to nearby colleges as required, six days a week, on an hourly basis.

The role focuses on banking operations, finance and accounting concepts, employability and interpersonal skills, and learner-centric methods to achieve placement readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI training delivery.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training in the Banking domain along with fundamentals of Finance and Accounts.
• Conduct employability skills and interpersonal skills training to prepare learners for corporate environments.
• Use innovative training methodologies such as activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and simulations.
• Conduct in-person training sessions with strong facilitation skills.
• Evaluate and grade learner assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Track learner performance and identify individual and group-level improvement areas.
• Maintain training reports and update learner data on internal systems.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring, counselling, and academic support to learners to minimize dropouts.
• Create and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment.
• Align training outcomes with corporate placement requirements and industry expectations.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for Freelance Trainers on an hourly payment basis.

Working Hours: 4-8 hours/day

About the Role:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering training in the BFSI domain.


• Strong knowledge of banking operations, finance, and accounting concepts.


• Excellent training delivery and classroom management skills.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Hands-on experience or quick adaptability to internal tools and systems.


• Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.


• Strong mentoring, coaching, and counselling skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.


• Ability to apply effective teaching methodologies and adapt to learner needs.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
