Edubridge Learning in Palakkad invites an experienced Part-Time BFSI Trainer to deliver end-to-end training in banking, finance, and accounting. This freelance role is hourly-based and requires in-person delivery 6 days per week with a fixed Sunday off, traveling to nearby colleges as required.

You will equip learners with domain knowledge, employability and interpersonal skills, and align training outcomes with placement expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: 10+2 (minimum).
• Minimum 2+ years of BFSI training experience.

We are looking for Freelance Trainers on an hourly payment basis.

Working Hours: 4-8 hours/day

Payment: Hourly basis

Location: Palakkad,Wayanad,Alappuzha

Requirement: Experienced trainers preferred.

Location: EduBridge Learning Center (travel to nearby colleges as required)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time BFSI Trainer to deliver end-to-end training in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with strong domain knowledge in banking operations, finance, and accounting, along with employability and interpersonal skills required for corporate placements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging, outcome-driven training using innovative and learner-centric methodologies while ensuring high learner retention and placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training in the Banking domain along with fundamentals of Finance and Accounts.


• Conduct employability skills and interpersonal skills training to prepare learners for corporate environments.


• Use innovative training methodologies such as activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and simulations.


• Conduct in-person training sessions with strong facilitation skills.


• Evaluate and grade learner assignments, assessments, and projects.


• Track learner performance and identify individual and group-level improvement areas.


• Maintain training reports and update learner data on internal systems.


• Provide one-on-one mentoring, counselling, and academic support to learners to minimize dropouts.


• Create and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment.


• Align training outcomes with corporate placement requirements and industry expectations.


• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:-10+ 2


• Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering training in the BFSI domain.

• Hands-on experience or quick adaptability to internal tools and systems.
