Job summary

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Plan and conduct training sessions per approved schedules and session plans.
• Content Development: Customize session plans and training materials for target audiences.
• Student Engagement: Monitor attendance and participation in virtual sessions; provide counselling and guidance.
• Student Assessment: Develop assessments to measure understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain progress reports and update MIS with training activities; prepare regular reports.
• Placement Support: Help students prepare for interviews and bridge employability skill gaps.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and stay updated with industry trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with program managers and mobilizers to align training with goals.

KeyResponsibility Areas (KRA) for Trainer

Training Delivery

• Plan and conduct training sessions accordingto pre-approved schedules and session plans.
• Use interactive and engaging methods to ensure high levels ofstudent participation and retention.
• Adapt delivery styles to suit virtual environments and the diverseneeds of students.
• Minimising slippages and leakages of training program

Content Development

• Customize session plans and training materials based on the targetaudiences specific needs.
• Incorporate multimedia tools, presentations, and real-worldexamples to enhance the learning experience.

Student Engagement

• Monitor and encourage attendance and participation in virtualsessions.
• Provide one-on-one counselling and support to students, guidingthem on personal and professional development goals.
• Minimising Drop-outs and daily follow up to students

Student Assessment

• Develop and administer assessments to measure studentsunderstanding of soft skills concepts. Ensuring Maximum students arepassedin “ Excellent Category “
• Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personaland professional growth.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance andattendance.
• Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MISsystem.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomesand key metrics.

Placement Support

• Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mocksessions and resume-building workshops.
• Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related toemployability.

Continuous Improvement

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions andupdate methodologies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends to integrate new techniques andtools in soft skills training.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with program managers and community mobilizers to aligntraining with project goals.
• Support mobilization activities virtually to ensure enrolment ofsuitable candidates.
