Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Trainer in Delhi to manage L&D activities for UFF sites, 3P hubs, and dark stores in the North region. The role focuses on closing knowledge gaps, coaching operations leaders, and delivering both digital and live learning sessions.

Responsibilities include tracking site performance, maintaining learning data, and ensuring timely completion of training programs, including digital new hire training and coaching initiatives.

Description

Trainer – Delhi, will be an active member of the learning team in the North. The trainer will be responsible to manage L&D activities for UFF sites/3P hubs/ Dark stores.

Job Responsibilities:

1- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.

2- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped Hubs and dark stores towards meeting business goals.

3- Proactively track mapped sites performance and pre-announce training interventions.

4- Supervise structured learning metrics and also oversee their results for the assigned sites.

5- Managing live performance metrics end to end for the assigned sites.

6- Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning to the site L&D

7- Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)

8- Ensure completion of digital new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.

9- Partners with operations leaders while conducting site health check and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.

10- Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.

11- Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance.

Track the day to day learning & business metrics and plan to visit the mapped sites/hubs for metric improvement

Involve and engage well with mapped hub POCs

Offer visibility on daily reporting and progress updates

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience using using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs
