Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts and practical applications.

• Experience in community mobilization and volunteer activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Session Preparation and Delivery: Prepare sessions according to guidelines and materials.
• Conduct classes as per schedule and established methodology.
• Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
• Provide counseling to students to support their job placements.
• Motivate and empower students through community mobilization and volunteer activities.
• Share knowledge and assist staff with educational material creation.
• Organize fun learning activities such as dance, music, games, and painting.
• Assist students with other digital subjects based on their interests.
• Conduct interviews with students and create success stories.
• Meet with the community to provide motivation and conduct gender sensitization programs.
• Counsel parents and women, and conduct educational workshops for locals.
• Participate in outreach programs within the community.
• Conduct sports and cultural activities.
• Organize awareness programs focusing on literacy, watershed management, wasteland development, health, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and more.
