Job summary

BhartiAirtel Foundation seeks a senior training specialist to identify training needs and deliver capacity-building programs under the Quality Support Program with the state team. You will coordinate district-level trainings, develop pedagogical modules, and support academic mentors across multiple districts.

You will work closely with project heads and regional coordinators to assess impact, plan refresher trainings, and ensure documentation for ongoing improvements in government schooling

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in teaching/teachers’ training/mentors.
• Experience in identifying training needs and conducting trainings for quality support programs.
• Familiarity with government education projects and capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Training need assessment in designated area (State / District / Block Level).
• Identify gaps based on feedback from senior staff.
• Propose solutions and action plan with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C.
• Plan and deploy district level training for teachers (Training Calendar).
• Provide pedagogical/skill-based training and leadership training for heads of schools.
• Coordinate with DIETs/SCERTs for content creation and capacity building workshops.
• Maintain training data and documentation for future iterations.
