Job summary

upGrad is seeking a Beat Trainer to drive sales training initiatives across multiple locations in India, including Delhi. The role involves preparing training calendars, delivering high-quality training, coaching trainees, and evaluating training impact.

You will participate in zonal reviews and ensure accurate reporting, with a focus on telecom products and processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Sales/Sales Training, with at least 5 years in telecom sales training and 2+ years in sales

Qualifications

• Graduate with overall 8 years of experience in Sales/Sales Training, preferably telecom domain.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• At least 5 years of telecom sales training with understanding of Internet Leased lines/Broadband/Postpaid Data service provider products.
• Enterprise Sales Training experience in Telecom industry will be considered.
• Broadband experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and obtain business sign-offs.
• Conduct sales training and on-the-job coaching on telecom products and processes.
• Ensure effective and high quality training delivery.
• Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs.
• Provide feedback to trainees and coach them as required.
• Attend zonal reviews and present reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and internal processes.

This will include but is not limited to:

• To ensure effective and high quality training delivery

• Provide feedback to trainees as well as provide support coach them as and when required

• To ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes

Essential Qualifications

• Candidate must be minimum a Graduate with overall 8 years of experience in Sales/ Sales Training preferably in telecom domain.
• Candidate must have an experience in sales for 2 years minimum.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in telecom sales training and must have understanding of Internet Leased lines/Broadband/Postpaid Data service provider products
• Candidate with Enterprise SalestTraining experience in Telecom industry will be considered
• Candidate with Broad band experience will be preferred
