Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Formulas and Dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom or online sessions on Data Analytics modules including Excel, SQL, Power BI and basic Python.
• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum, ensuring timely completion of modules.
• Student Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, assignments and mock tests to evaluate progress.
• Hands-on Learning: Facilitate practical sessions, case studies and real-world projects to enhance learning.
• Student Mentorship & Support: Provide individual support for doubt resolution, career guidance and interview preparation.
• Attendance & Batch Management: Monitor attendance, maintain batch performance records.
• Placement Readiness: Prepare students for placements with resume building and mock interviews.
• Coordination & Reporting: Maintain training records and MIS reports, coordinate with centre managers and placement teams.

Student Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.

Hands-on Learning: Facilitate practical sessions, case studies, and real-world projects to enhance applied learning.

Student Mentorship & Support: Provide individual support to students for doubt resolution, career guidance, and interview preparation.

Attendance & Batch Management: Monitor student attendance, ensure discipline, and maintain batch performance records.

Placement Readiness: Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills integration.

Coordination & Reporting: Maintain training records, submit MIS reports, and coordinate with centre managers and placement teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field

Strong knowledge of:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)

Power BI / Tableau

Basic Python (preferred but not mandatory)

Good understanding of data analysis concepts and visualization
