Job Description – Master Trainer
Role Purpose
The Master Trainer willplay a dual role of College Coordinator and Trainer, with end-to-endresponsibility for college engagement, student mobilisation, counselling,training delivery. The role will focus on building a continuous pipeline ofstudents from colleges, preparing them for training, independently deliveringassigned modules, and supporting student retention, completion and employmentreadiness.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. College Engagement & Partnership Development
- Identify and establish relationships with colleges,ITIs and other educational institutions in the assigned geography. MeetCollege Principals, TPOs, Placement Officers, faculty and relevant SPOCsto introduce and promote the programme.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships withcollege SPOCs to ensure continuous student mobilisation. Plan and conductcollege visits, programme orientations, presentations and awarenesssessions. Identify new colleges and institutions to expand the studentpipeline.
- Be willing to travel as required by the project for college engagement, mobilisation, orientations and trainingactivities.
- Conduct student orientation, career counselling andprogramme awareness sessions.
- Explain programme benefits, eligibility, trainingschedule, career opportunities and expectations to students.
- Follow up with interested students and convertleads into registrations/enrolments.
- Ensure students are appropriately counselled beforejoining the programme to minimise dropouts.
3. Batch Formation & Training Readiness
- Plan batches based on the student pipeline andproject requirements.
- Coordinate with the Centre Team for batch creation,documentation, scheduling and other operational requirements.
- Ensure students complete the required enrolment anddocumentation within timelines.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline so that the nextbatch is ready while the current batch is under training.
4. Training Delivery
- Independently deliver training as per the approvedcurriculum, session plans and quality standards.
- Primary training modules will include:
- AI and Digital Productivity
- Foundational Knowledge of Data Analytics
- Conduct practical activities, assessments,exercises and learner engagement activities.
- Monitor attendance, participation, learningprogress and student performance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned trainingbatches.
- Maintain training quality and ensure effectivelearner engagement throughout the programme.
6. Placement & Career Readiness Support
- Work closely with the Placement Team to preparestudents for employment opportunities.
- Support employability, interview preparation andcareer guidance.
- Encourage participation in placement drives.
- Track student interest and readiness foremployment.
- Support post-training follow-up wherever required.
- Maintain accurate student, batch, attendance,training and outcome-related records.
- Prepare required reports and provide regularupdates to the Project/Centre Team.
- Support centre activities, events, audits,documentation and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Facilitators and Centre Teammembers wherever additional support is required.
8. Community & Outreach Activities
- Supportlocal outreach activities to increase programme visibility and studentparticipation. Participate in career fairs, college events, communityevents and other mobilisation activities.
- Developlocal networks with relevant stakeholders to strengthen studentmobilisation. Identify new outreach channels to increase registrations andenrolments.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any relevant discipline. Preferable candidates with abackground in IT, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, Management orrelated fields will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably intraining, teaching, employability programmes, digital skills, collegeengagement or student mobilisation.
- TrainingExposure: Prior experience in training/facilitation is mandatory,with the ability to independently conduct classroom/online training forcollege students or young learners.
- TechnicalKnowledge: Good working knowledge of AI and Digital Productivitytools, along with foundational knowledge of Data Analytics.
- Shouldbe comfortable learning and delivering new-age digital tools, technologiesand concepts.
- Mobility: Should be willing and comfortable to travel and mobilisecolleges/students as per project requirements, including visits tocolleges, institutions and other outreach locations.
