Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Tiruvottiyur, Tamil Nadu is seeking a Trainee-Warehouse to handle receipt, storage and issue of raw materials and packing materials, maintain stock accuracy in SAP, and ensure GMP and safety compliance.

You will assist in stock reconciliation, prepare reports, and support warehouse activities under department guidance, with 0–1 year of related experience and a BSc in Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, storage, control and issue of Raw materials, Packing Materials.
• Maintain cGMP and safety rules; update GMP documents regularly.
• Stock verification and reconciliation; maintain physical stock and SAP stock accuracy.
• Prepare reports (Rejection, Retest, Receipt, MIS) and support SAP postings.
• Support job work SAP entries posting and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely submission GRN & Retest notes for all raw materials.
• Manage casual labor and overall warehouse activities with time management.

Responsible for receipt, storage, control and issue of Raw materials, Packing Materials. Warehouse chemicals inventory control and maintain the statutory compliance records. Records keeping, cGMP, EMS, OSHA, Compliance Records.

Responsibilities

Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory. Maintain workplace neat & clean. Updating GMP documents regularly. Raw material issuance & Document Entries as per SOP Keep up-to-date Stock for Receipt &Issued material. Maintain Physical Stock. Vs SAP stock accurate. Inventory management of all Warehouse Related Raw materials. Support for preparation of reports such as Rejection reports, Retest Reports, Receipt Reports, MIS Reports and Cross check with relevant documents its correctness in SAP. Support for Job work SAP entries posting and monthly stock reconciliation. Insure timely submission GRN & Retest note for all Raw materials adhering to SOP. Manpower Management of all Casual labors. Physical Stock Verification of all Raw materials and Reconciliation and Monthly Variance correction. Overall control of all warehouse activities with time management. Any other job assigns by department head.
