Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Apprentice - Production to assist pharmaceutical plant operations in India. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, GMP practices, and safety protocols while participating in daily production tasks.

You will be involved in stock monitoring, solvent handling, data recording, and shift support. The position offers hands-on training in a global CDMO environment with diverse manufacturing activities across APIs and dosage forms.

Qualifications

• Pharma plant production operations in compliance to cGMP requirements.
• Maintain GMP and safety procedures.
• Prepare work permits for maintenance and instrument teams.

Responsabilités

• Recovered Imidazole stock monitoring and arranging the stock as per the requirement.
• Specific Solvents pH checking and recording in register on daily basis.
• Data collection and recording in the notes.
• Cross checking Recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
• Reporting the near miss, incidents/accidents to the authorities concerned in time.
• To maintain GMP in process & follow in safety procedures.
• To prepare work permit to Mechanical maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation.
• To instruct the helpers and supervise the job.
• To ensure good housekeeping in work area.
• To ensure safety in process and in work area.
• Issuing the distilled solvent in drums to other plants safely.
• Helping to the SRU Team member in the shift activities.
