Abbott Laboratories in Pune is seeking a driven field sales professional to achieve territory targets and expand market share. You will operate with minimal supervision, report daily field activities, and cover assigned geography with a strong customer focus.

The candidate should have 2+ years of pharma sales experience or be a motivated fresher with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Prior/current therapy exposure and MNC background are advantages.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in pharma or healthcare.
Fresher with good communication and analytical skills may be considered.
Experience in same therapy or with MNC/top Indian pharma gives advantage.
Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share.
Promote the division’s products as per strategy.
Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate strategy building and act as a brand ambassador.

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target

• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision

• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system

• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share

• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy

• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)

• Facilitating Strategy building

• A good Brand Ambassador
