Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to manage the supply chain and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the performance of store staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, store performance, and other relevant metrics.
