WalkingTree Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by coordinating project activities across multiple initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring continuity and efficiency from start to finish through clear communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage several projects simultaneously, and comfortable with changing priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full project lifecycle activities from initiation to closure, including stakeholder communication and document management.
• Track project progress, maintain schedules, compile reports, and support task planning across multiple projects.
• Assist in customer interactions, team coordination, vendor/sub-trade communication, and resolution of blockers.
• Manage calendars, prepare documentation (budgets, memos, estimates), and ensure project records are in place.
• Step in for short-term project management needs during absences and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.
