Job summary

MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co. KG in Coimbatore invites a Mechanical Engineer with 1–3 years’ experience in machine tool and cutting tool manufacturing to join the Design team. The role focuses on assisting design and development of tooling solutions based on customer requirements.

Candidates should hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of Pro/E/Creo and 3D CAD, GD&T, drawing patterns, and documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is desirable.

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in machine tool / cutting tool / manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Pro/E (Creo), AutoCAD, MS Office and emails.
Basic knowledge of Creo/Pro-E and 3D CAD software.
Knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Basic understanding of current cutting tool technology.
Knowledge of understanding the drawing pattern.
Knowledge on documentation.
