Job summary

CAD proficiency and strong communication are essential to collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to maintain design and process standards.

Work closely with designers and engineers to turn product ideas into specific plans for manufacturing.

Develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand work instructions for the production team.

Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps that are suitable for unskilled workers.

Procure high-quality materials and components that meet design requirements and budget constraints.

Oversee the production process on-site, providing real-time guidance and support to the team.

Identify and troubleshoot any production issues promptly and implement corrective actions tominimizing waste.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all production activities and quality control measures.

Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process and ensure adherence todesign specifications and quality standards.
