INFINX invites candidates for Medical Coding Trainee positions through a direct walk-in interview at the provided address. Freshers with Life Science backgrounds are welcome, with work from office mode and 5-day work weeks.

The trainee will learn to identify providers from medical documents, apply payer-specific coding guidelines, and abstract CPT and ICD codes from records, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Responsabilidades

• Identify the provider from medical documents and key relevant information into the system.
• Understand and apply coding requirements based on payer, client, and state-specific guidelines.
• Ensure the number of charts processed matches those received from clients.
• Perform denial follow-up and appeals processing when required.
• Receive and review charge documents from various sites.
• Validate that all charge information provided is complete and accurate.
• Abstract CPT-4 and ICD-9-CM / ICD-10 codes from medical records.
• Interpret medical documentation to assign correct diagnostic and procedural codes.
