Job Description

• Analyze and interpret Emergency Department clinical notes to assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Identify and code critical care, trauma activation, injections, infusions, and procedures specific to ED services.
• Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy.
• Review the previous day’s batch of patient notes for evaluation and coding.
• Ensure that all codes are current and active.

Training Period: 45‑55 days

Training Period Fee:

• For Life Science graduates: ₹3,000 (Refunded after completing the training period and securing a permanent placement)
• No payment required from Paramedical graduates
