Roles and Responsibility

• Analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
• Review and interpret medical information to identify relevant details for coding purposes.
• Assign appropriate codes using knowledge of coding systems and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes.
• Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations to improve coding quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies when handling patient information.

• Strong understanding of coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and Radiology.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry practices and standards is an asset.
