• Strong knowledge of coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and Radiology.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
