• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify coding discrepancies and ensure accurate claims processing.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
• Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices and industry regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and ED coding.
• Experience working with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and FERPA.
• Strong understanding of healthcare management services, including billing and claims processing.
