Job summary

Earn Modes in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an SAP MM Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to implement and configure SAP MM modules, support integration with PP/SD/FI-CO, and deliver tailored solutions for clients.

You will prepare master data templates, test plans, train business users, lead cutover activities, and provide post go-live support while maintaining SLAs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up organization structure of material management and configuration such as Purchase organization, valuation area plants, storage location, and warehouse structure.
• Finalize material groups, purchasing groups, payment terms, Incoterms, pricing procedure.
• Configure release procedures for purchasing documents.
• Prepare testing documents and conduct internal testing.
• Prepare master data templates for material, vendor, excise, info-records, source list, and purchase order.
• Integrate testing with PP, SD and FI/CO.
• Prepare cut over strategy for MM object.
• Prepare user manuals and impart training to business process owners.
• Go-live preparation and post go-live support.
• Support project interactions with clients via net meetings, calls & emails; handle tickets within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement configuration changes.
• Execute analysis and resolution of production support calls.
• Raise Change Requests and write functional specifications.
• Prepare test data for testing CRs and test results.
• Carry out regression testing.
• Interact with other module consultants.
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios and solution documents.
• Build logic for customized reports according to business scenarios.
• Blueprint creation to support configuration of business scenarios.
• Provide SAP MM consulting services to clients.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP MM solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP MM modules to meet client needs.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on SAP MM functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP MM integration.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP MM technologies and best practices.
• Document and maintain records of SAP MM projects and processes.
