Stanford Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support statutory, internal, and other audits. You will compile audit data, prepare schedules, and liaise with teams to close queries.

The role includes SAP data extraction for finance, inventory, and plant requirements, plus generating stock, purchase, and expense reports. You will track invoices, perform reconciliations, and assist with transaction verification and supplier/customer queries, enabling timely financial

Role & responsibilities

• Support in statutory, internal and other audits for Stanford and Ghiloth.
• Preparation and compilation of audit data, schedules and supporting documents.
• Follow-up with respective teams for pending audit requirements and closure of queries.
• Preparation and enhancement of financial and operational data
• Prepare various analysis, workings, schedules and management reports as required.
• Scrutiny of ledgers, transactions and supporting documents.
• Vendor/customer/GRN/PO/invoice and other account reconciliations.
• Invoice tracking and follow-up with plant and other concerned teams.
• GRN and invoice checks and follow-up for pending/mismatched items.
• Cash trail and transaction verification.
• Follow-up with plant teams for required finance-related information and documentation.
• Support in stock-related analysis and reporting.
• SAP data extraction and reporting for finance, inventory and plant-related requirements.
• Support in preparing stock, purchase, expense and other SAP-based reports.
