Job summary

Granules India in Hyderabad is seeking a Logistics Dispatch Coordinator to streamline shipment planning, dispatch activities, and coordination with Warehouse and Commercial teams. You will track orders, arrange transport, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

The role involves handling export and domestic shipments, collecting and maintaining shipping documents, supporting customs clearance, and updating SAP/ERP records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse and commercial teams for shipment planning and dispatch activities.
• Follow up with transporters and logistics service providers for vehicle and container availability.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in arranging transportation for domestic and export shipments.
• Collect and maintain shipping and export documents.
• Support customs clearance activities by sharing required documents with logistics partners.
• Verify shipment documents and maintain proper records.
• Organize and archive logistics documentation.
• Update shipment details in SAP/ERP systems.
• Maintain dispatch trackers and logistics databases.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues related to dispatches and shipments.
• Update shipment status reports.
• Maintain logistics data and dispatch records.
• Assist in preparing logistics performance reports.
