Parnami Logistics is seeking a Traffic Manager to lead PAN India transportation operations from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize schedules, negotiate freight rates, and maintain service quality while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 5–10 years in transportation or logistics.
• Experience in transport/3PL, FMCG, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily own fleet placement across PAN India.
• Arrange market/vendor vehicles per operational needs.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement for transportation.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, trips, and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain transporter relations.
• Plan transport for LCV, MCV, HCV, and other trucks.
• Track vehicle movement and resolve delays.
• Control transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare daily transportation MIS and reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

Job Summary

Parnami Logistics is looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to lead and manage PAN India transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in own fleet placement, market vehicle arrangement, transporter management, route planning, and fleet utilization while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient vehicle deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily own fleet placement across PAN India.
• Arrange market/vendor vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement for primary and secondary transportation.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, trip execution, and on-time delivery performance.
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong transporter relationships.
• Handle transportation planning for LCV, MCV, HCV, Tata Ace, Tata Intra, 407, Eicher, and Trucks.
• Track vehicle movement and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
• Control transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare daily transportation MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
