Job summary

VisionaryHire LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Trading Operations Associate to support daily trading system operations and ensure seamless market connectivity in Delhi.

You will monitor platforms including OMS/EMS, resolve order issues, and collaborate with technology, risk and exchange teams. 0.5–2 years of experience in trading operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in trading operations or OMS/EMS support.
• Strong understanding of trading systems and market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OMS/EMS and FIX protocol.
• Experience in incident management and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with brokerage, prop trading, or fintech environments preferred.
• Strong documentation and SOP adherence skills.

Responsibilities
