Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a Trading Operations Associate for their Gurugram location. In this role, you will monitor trading platforms and resolve connectivity and order-routing issues, ensuring smooth trading operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in trading operations or OMS/EMS support.

You will be involved in daily system health checks, incident management, and UAT activities to maintain the integrity of trading operations. This is a back-office position that requires strong incident management skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Trading Operations or OMS/EMS Support.
• Strong understanding of Market Infrastructure and Trading Systems.
• Proficient in monitoring, reporting, and incident management.

• OMS/EMS & FIX Protocol Knowledge
• Strong Monitoring, Reporting, and Incident Management Skills
