Job summary

UST is seeking a Business Process Operations Junior Analyst to support daily post-trade activities, including confirmations, settlement, and FX processing. The role requires familiarity with CTM for confirmations, Aladdin for settlement, and CLS for FX operations, ensuring accurate processing and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years in Trade Operations, strong attention to detail and solid stakeholder communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and counterparties.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in Trade Operations / Investment Operations.
• Experience with CTM for trade confirmations.
• Exposure to securities settlement processing via Aladdin and CLS for FX operations.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day post-trade operations including trade confirmation, settlement, and FX processing.

This role is to hire a Business Process Operations Junior Analyst .

Trade Operations Analyst

Responsible for supporting day-to-day post-trade operations activities, including trade confirmation, settlement, and FX processing.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of or experience in CTM (Central Trade Manager) for trade confirmations, Aladdin for settlement processing, and CLS for FX operations.

The role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades, investigating and resolving exceptions, coordinating with internal teams and counterparties, and adhering to operational controls and procedures. Preferred Skills Experience: Experience in trade confirmations using CTM.

Experience in securities settlement processing through Aladdin. Experience in FX settlement and reconciliation using CLS.

Understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience:

0-2 years in Trade Operations / Investment Operations with exposure to CTM, Aladdin, and/or CLS platforms.
